  • You remain the seller and (for bulk imports) the importer of record. We’re your US logistics/fulfillment provider.

  • What is your SLA?

  • Orders received ship within 24 hours, business days.

  • Where are you located?

  • We're located in the Denver Metropolitan area, centrally located in the US.

  • Can you handle restricted items?

  • We handle non-hazardous, non-regulated goods. No perfumes/aerosols, batteries over airline limits, perishables, or items requiring special permits.

  • How are duties and taxes handled?

  • Duties/fees apply to your bulk import into the US (we can introduce a customs broker). We fulfill domestic US orders then ship duty-free to customers.

  • What about returns?

  • US returns go to our address. We inspect, restock, or consolidate returns back to you on a cadence you choose.

  • Do you insure inventory?

  • We carry general liability and can arrange inventory/cargo coverage. Ask us for options and limits.

  • Can you do custom packaging or inserts?

  • Yes—brand cards, stickers, and simple kitting are available.
